Cancellation policy

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booking. There is no cancellation fee if you wish to change your booking to another available date (providing you give us at least 3 weeks notice), although you may have to pay extra if the price of your new holiday date is higher than that of your original booking. Bookings can only be changed once. If you cancel your booking within four weeks of the holiday commencement date, the cancellation fee is 100%. If you cancel more than four weeks in advance of the holiday commencement date, the cancellation fee is 25%. We recommend you have some form of insurance that will cover your costs should you have to cancel your holiday at the last minute. In the unfortunate event that we have to make changes to your booking (for example if the property is suffering from damage that requires immediate repair), we will refund all sums paid by you for this booking. This will be our only obligation or liability to you in such circumstances.
